Possesive adjectives

Hello everyone, the topic for today is possesive adjectives, because in other blog we talked about subject pronouns. ← (Subject pronouns)

An adjective does NOT replace a pronoun, but accompanies it.

Let's look

  • My represents possession of I
  • Your represents possession of you
  • His represents possession of he
  • Her represents possession of she
  • Its represents possession of it
  • Ours represents possession of we
  • Their represents possession of they
Example

  • I love my cat
  • I love your hair
  • He lost his keys
  • She called her dad
  • The hotel raised its rates
  • We clean our house
  • They crashed their car
